A 3-ingredient ginger latte that’s dairy and gluten-free and perfect for slow mornings or lazy weekend reading.
1-1/2 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon honey
A bag of ginger tea (optional)
1. Heat up almond milk in a saucepan on medium heat.
2. Stir in powdered ginger. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in honey, and transfer to a mug. Put in ginger tea bag (if using), and let it brew for a few more minutes.
