Chilled Swiss oatmeal, one of our favorite quick and healthy breakfasts that you can make the night before.

INGREDIENTS: 1 cups rolled oats; 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, 2-1/2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract; Fruits (berries, melon, apple, banana, grapes, mango, etc), peeled and diced Walnuts(optional), Ground nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)

METHOD: 1. In a large bowl, combine oats, orange juice, milk, maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla, and raisins. 2. Mix, cover, and refrigerate overnight. 3. The next morning, add toppings like walnuts, fruits, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. If you want it to be less firm, add more milk until it reaches the consistency of your preference.
