Summer or Memorial Day!!! Let’s give grilling/BBQ season a delicious start!
INGREDIENTS: 8 oz. ground beef; 2 teaspoons coffee ground; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; 1/2 teaspoon smoked salt; 1/2 teaspoon pink peppercorn; 1/2 teaspoon dried onion; 1/2 teaspoon dried shallots; 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic; 1/4 teaspoon chili powder; 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
METHOD: 1. Preheat the grill to high. 2. Put all the spices into a spice grinder to create a dry rub. Blend until finely ground.
3. Loosely pack and shape the ground beef. Rub the rub on both sides of the beef patty. 4. Cook the ground beef for about 5-8 minutes. Flip and cook again for another 5-8 minutes or until preferred doneness. 5. Serve with desired toppings.
